Interview tool

Enter the interview with an evidence file, not with saved answers.

A simple outline that combines the role, the entity, an achievement story, and a qualitative question, then creates a copyable preparation sheet for you. The goal is to remember what you want to prove and treat the interview as a dialogue to understand the suitability of both parties.

Before you start

Use approximate numbers or non-sensitive information. The score helps you organize and review, and does not substitute your judgment or professional opinion when the decision is high risk.

How to use

Three steps will give you a clearer result.

01

Read the role responsibilities

Choose the two most important problems the accepted person will solve, not every line in the ad.

02

Link each problem to evidence

Prepare a situation-action-result story, with what you learned and what you would do better.

03

Write a question that the page does not answer

Ask about the priorities of the ninety days, the decision method, or what distinguishes successful women in the team.

Workspace

Enter what you know now, then improve the result.

Do not send entries to Qowati. The calculation and interaction happen inside your browser, and you can instantly refresh the numbers or selections to see a different scenario.

After the result

Don't just memorize the number; Use it in a decision.

The tool is useful when you produce a conversation, edit, or appointment. Choose one use now and decide when you will review it.

Important questions

What does the result mean, and what are its limitations?

How many stories of achievement do I prepare?

Start with three to five different stories: problem solving, collaboration, difficult decision, learning, and outcome. One story can answer more than one question from a different angle.

Do I memorize the answers word for word?

No. Memorize the structure and basic points, because memorizing verbatim may make the answer rigid and difficult to modify when the question changes.

What should I do if I don’t know the answer?

Take a moment to think, ask for clarification, or explain how you would look for a solution. Honesty and way of thinking are better than inventing experience that does not exist.
